When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets land in your wallet the moment your payment clears — typically within 30 seconds. For resale listings, transfer completes within 2 minutes of the seller confirming.
Are resale prices regulated?
Yes. We cap resale at 10% above face value as required by NSW, VIC and QLD legislation. Listings that exceed the cap are blocked automatically.
What if my event is cancelled or I can’t attend?
Ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you can’t make it — or the event is affected — contact us with your booking reference. We’ll forward the request to the organiser, who may at their discretion grant a refund, partial refund, or a free transfer to a forthcoming event.
What payment methods can I use?

Can I enter a sports tournament?
Yes. Browse tournaments, choose the division that fits you, and pay the entry fee at checkout — the same Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa and Mastercard options apply. You’ll get instant confirmation, and the organiser seeds you into the draw once entries close.
How does selling work?
List an event in under five minutes. We handle Stripe payments and automatic receipts; refunds (when you choose to grant them) you action from the admin dashboard. You set pricing tiers; we settle to your bank weekly.
