1. About TicketNova

Johar Technologies Pty Ltd T/As TicketNova (ABN 16 700 876 286) operates the ticketing marketplace at ticketnova.com.au. We’re a Sydney-based Australian company governed by NSW law.

2. Buying tickets

Every ticket sold through TicketNova is verified. Tickets are delivered to your account immediately on payment, and to Apple Wallet / Google Wallet on request. Tickets are non-transferable outside the platform.

• All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars. TicketNova is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on our service fee; ticket prices are set by the event organiser and may or may not include GST depending on the organiser's own registration status.
• Booking fees are disclosed before checkout — never hidden.
• Resale prices are capped at 10% above face value per NSW, VIC and QLD legislation.

3. Refunds and cancellations

Ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you can't attend an event, contact us and we'll forward your request to the organiser, who may at their discretion grant a refund, partial refund or a free transfer to a forthcoming event. Detailed rules live in the Refund policy.

4. For organisers

Organisers warrant that they own or are licensed to sell the events they list. Settlement happens weekly to the organiser’s nominated bank account. Stripe handles all payment processing.

5. Prohibited activity

• Reselling tickets above the 10% legal cap.
• Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent buy limits.
• Scalping bots — accounts displaying bot-like behaviour are suspended.

6. Liability

TicketNova facilitates ticket sales but is not the event organiser. We’re not liable for event quality, organiser conduct or force-majeure cancellations beyond the refund commitment.
